AVICS stands for the AVODA Institute Credit Scoring System. It supports entrepreneur program enrollment, learning, attendance, business readiness, and AVODA Blue credit scoring.

1. Introduction

AVICS is a digital platform operated by AVODA GROUP. The platform enables entrepreneurs to enroll in AVODA programs, access learning content, participate in sessions, track progress, submit program records, manage business profiles, and participate in the AVODA Blue credit scoring journey.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices users have regarding their information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Profile Information

We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo, user role, institution, program, cohort, and login-related information.

2.2 Program and Learning Information

We may collect information relating to your AVODA program participation, including enrollments, courses, modules, learning sessions, videos watched, assignments, quizzes, assessment scores, attendance, certificates, tuition status, and program progress.

2.3 Business Profile Information

Where business profile and Corporate P&L features are used, AVICS may collect business information such as business name, business email, location, industry, directors, employees or data handlers, bank details, uploaded documents, branches or outlets, revenue, expenses, stock, investments, and business performance records.

2.4 AVODA Blue Credit Scoring Information

For entrepreneurs participating in the AVODA Blue program, AVICS may process learning progress, attendance, assessment results, business readiness, business records, document submissions, and other program-related indicators to support generation of a credit score.

2.5 Location Information

AVICS may request access to location information to support session attendance confirmation, class check-in, program participation verification, and other location-based program activities.

2.6 Photos, Camera, and File Information

AVICS may request access to your photo library, camera, or files so you can upload profile images, business documents, receipts, assignment files, screenshots, or other records required by a program.

2.7 Device and Technical Information

We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, usage logs, crash logs, and diagnostic data to help operate, secure, and improve AVICS.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide access to AVODA programs, courses, sessions, and learning content.
  • Manage entrepreneur enrollment, cohorts, attendance, tuition, and assessments.
  • Track learning progress, program completion, and performance.
  • Support AVODA Blue credit scoring and funding readiness assessment.
  • Help entrepreneurs create and manage business profiles.
  • Generate business, financial, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Support investor-readiness and funding review processes.
  • Send important program updates, reminders, and notifications.

4. AVODA Blue Credit Scoring

The AVODA Blue program is a special AVODA entrepreneurship development program where AVICS supports the generation of a credit score. This score may be based on an entrepreneur’s participation, attendance, learning progress, assessments, business readiness, submitted records, and other program-related indicators.

The credit score may be used by AVODA GROUP and authorized investor or funding partners to assess funding readiness and support funding-related decisions. A score generated through AVICS does not automatically guarantee funding, investment, or loan approval.

5. How We Share Information

We may share relevant information with:

  • AVODA GROUP administrators and authorized program staff.
  • Facilitators, mentors, trainers, and program managers.
  • Authorized investors or funding partners connected to AVODA Blue.
  • Technology service providers who help us host, maintain, secure, or improve AVICS.
  • Payment processors, where payment features are used.
  • Legal, regulatory, or government authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with unauthorized third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

AVICS may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, cloud file storage, notifications, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, communication, and app distribution. These service providers may process limited data on our behalf only for the purpose of operating and improving AVICS.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and notifying us if they suspect unauthorized access.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide AVICS services, manage AVODA programs, maintain attendance and learning records, support credit scoring and funding readiness processes, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and support audits or reporting.

Where information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, archive, or restrict it in accordance with applicable policies and legal requirements.

AVICS may request access to photos, camera, or files to allow users to upload profile photos, business documents, receipts, screenshots, assignments, or other required program records.

AVICS is intended for entrepreneurs, learners, and program participants who are eligible to participate in AVODA programs. The platform is not intended for use by children without appropriate institutional, parental, or guardian consent where required.
